It was in a weak-performing state with several issues such as data layers not being universal, user access not configured or monitored correctly, poor auditing capabilities, limited data inputs, poor reporting, scalability limitations, and sub-optimal performance. Due to the inadequacies of the existing data warehouse, the client was unable to take advantage of market trends and had to put multiple projects on hold or in TBD status.
