The Program started in the year 2022 with the objective of driving participation and energy savings among historically underserved businesses. It focuses on micro and small hard-to-reach businesses such as restaurants, corner stores, auto shops, and other small commercial spaces and provides them with valuable resources and support to implement energy-efficient upgrades. These upgrades refer to improvements made to homes or buildings to reduce energy consumption and waste.
